Hey PK Bae! Orders are shipped every Friday unless you have chosen an expedited shipping option. Please give your order 2-5 business days for processing. Orders placed from Sat-Tues are guaranteed to be shipped within the same week on Friday. Orders placed after Tuesday may be shipped out the following week. Although this is the processing policy, Sincerely, Pk is not responsible for mailing delays or after drop off malfunctions. Any delays or temporary changes will be posted as an announcement on the home page of this site. Please reach out through "ASK PK" with any questions and concerns. You will receive a response within 24-48 business (weekday) hours.

REFUND POLICY

Although Sincerely, Pk does not support refunds, if you are unhappy with your purchase you will be offered a merchandise credit (not including your shipping fee). Refund requests and suspicious activity are closely monitored. Each order is carefully inspected for your satisfaction.
